The term older adult typically refers to individuals who are 65 years of age or older. Despite all of the benefits exercise has on older adults they are the least physically active of all age groups. Today only about 21% of people 65 years of age or older engage in regular physical activity. Currently older adults make up 70% of our clientele base. At Prestige our personal trainers and yoga instructors pride themselves in specializing in health and wellness for older adults. Our exercise design will focus on increasing a number of areas and improving on overall quality of life.
