Class Description: Join Prestige Personal Fitness for a class that will keep you moving, sweating and having fun. The class will consist of a mix of body weight, plyometrics, circuits and much more. This class is designed to be done in-home and is for all fitness levels. No equipment is needed.

Flexibility + Breathing + Strength
Class Description: Vinyasa is designed to be done in the comfort of your home. It will take students through a series of movements flowing from one into another. All movements will coordinate breathing, range of motion and strength. This class is designed for all levels. A yoga mat is strongly recommended.
