Class Description: Join Joey from Prestige PersonalFitness for a class that will keep you moving, sweating and having fun. The class will consist of a mix of body weight, plyometrics, circuits and much more. This class is designed to be done in-home and is for all fitness levels. No equipment is needed.

Virtual Vinyasa Flow :: Tuesday & Thursday 6pm and Saturday 10:30am :: 45MIN

Flexibility + Breathing + Strength

Class Description: Virtual Vinyasa is designed to be done in the comfort of your home. It will take students through a series of movements flowing from one into another. All movements will coordinate breathing, range of motion and strength. This class is designed for all levels. A yoga mat is strongly recommended.

Class Description: PPF has designed several meditation and self-care workshops. These practices will help you relieve stress, anxiety and help you to stay calm amidst the corona virus pandemic. Our meditation practices are meant to be educating, relaxing and a way to unwind!

Balance + Core + Strength + Injury Prevention

Class Description: PPF instructors have designed a gentle yoga for individuals 55 years and older. During this crisis it is important that our older population keeps active. This class is designed and focused on increasing range of motion, balance, and increasing muscular strength all while decreasing the risk of injury. A yoga mat is strongly recommended.

Class Description: The PPF Balance, Core, and Strength class is designed with the older adult in mind. The instructor will take participants through a workout that will focus on improving your balance, strengthening your core and increasing your strength. No equipment is necessary.

Fun + Exercise + Cardio + Strength + Burn Energy

Instructor :

Class Description: Let your kids burn off some energy with this class geared for children ages 6 to 15. Kids Energy Burn will incorporate strength, cardio and balance into a 30-minute workout forcing your kids to get up off the couch and away from their tablets, T.V. and computers. This class is designed to be fun and fast paced. Weather permitting this class can be done outdoors. No equipment is necessary.
