Getting started is easy and personal. When you contact Prestige Personal Fitness, you’ll speak with a real member of our team—not an automated system. We take time to learn about your goals, schedule, fitness history, and any injuries or limitations. From there, we match you with a private personal trainer we believe is the best fit for you.
Prestige Personal Fitness is a locally owned company. We are not a franchise or corporate gym. This allows us to provide a truly personalized, concierge-style experience.
How do you match me with the right personal trainer or yoga instructor?
We carefully match each client with an instructor based on experience, personality, and specialization. Whether you’re looking for weight loss, strength training, yoga, mobility, or rehabilitation-focused training, we pair you with an instructor who aligns with your goals and preferences.

Are all of your instructors the same?
No. We intentionally maintain a diverse team of highly qualified instructor’s so we can serve a wide range of client needs.
Every Prestige Personal Fitness instructor goes through a multi-step interview process and must have multiple years of hands-on experience. Many hold multiple certifications, relevant degrees, and specialized credentials in areas such as corrective exercise, yoga, senior fitness, or prenatal and postnatal training. All trainers also complete background checks before working with clients.
Do you offer complimentary personal training and yoga sessions?
Yes. We offer a complimentary, no-obligation personal training or yoga session for new clients.
This session allows you to meet your instructor, discuss goals, review movement patterns, and experience our in-home or virtual personal training and yoga style firsthand. There is no pressure to purchase a training package after the session.
What happens during the complimentary session?
During your complimentary session, the instructor will assess your movement, discuss your fitness goals, and tailor the session to your comfort level. The focus is on education, connection, and ensuring the instructor-client fit feels right.
Am I required to commit after the complimentary session?
No. There are no strings attached. If you decide to move forward, we’ll recommend a training plan that fits your goals and schedule. If not, there is absolutely no obligation.
Where do you offer personal training services?
We provide in-home personal training, yoga, and wellness services throughout Chicago, Southeast Michigan, and Nashville, as well as virtual personal training nationwide across the U.S.
Do I need equipment at home?
No. Your trainer can design sessions using bodyweight, minimal equipment, or equipment you already have. If no equipment is present, we can bring all the necessary equipment to your session. If additional equipment is recommended, we’ll guide you on simple, cost-effective options.
What if I have injuries, joint issues, or limitations?
Our instructors are experienced in working with clients who have injuries, joint concerns, or medical considerations. Your program will be customized around your needs, and we prioritize safe, sustainable progress.
How often do clients typically train?
Most clients train 1–3 times per week depending on their goals, schedule, and experience level. We’ll help you determine a frequency that’s effective and sustainable.
Can I change trainers if they’re not the right fit?
Yes. While we take great care in matching clients with the right trainer, we understand that fit matters. If needed, we’re happy to make a change to ensure the best experience.
